Terrain Questions?

We hope everyone is getting back in the swing of things after a long holiday weekend! Now as we are gearing up towards Christmas and colder weather, we know there are jobs that will need to be done before the next break. Terrain is important remember that. With this in mind, here are some things you should know about some lifts that are frequently rented. 

What kind of lifts work on rough terrain like grass, gravel, or dirt?

All of our gas or diesel lifts have the ability to run on rough terrain surfaces. A couple examples of rough terrain lifts are fueled straight boom lifts, articulating boom lifts, and reach forklifts (telehandlers). 

Can I use a fueled, rough terrain lift inside a building?

It is not recommended to use a gas powered lift inside because the emissions it gives off is unhealthy to breathe in.

If I will be working on a flat surface, is there an electric lift that I can use instead?

Absolutely! We have electric scissor lifts, electric articulating boom lifts and warehouse forklifts that can be used inside instead of a fueled lift.
