Max Hoskins, President
Max Hoskins has been in the aerial lift rental business since 1985. Initially working for the family business, Arrow Lift Rentals in Southern California. He helped Arrow expand to Hoskins Equipment LLC, which provided boom lift and forklift rentals. In 2010, Max started Discount Lift Rentals with his father Max Sr. and his Uncle Greg. Today, Max is always looking for ways to improve customer service while continuing to expand their nationwide coverage.
Janine Hoskins, Vice President
In 2005, Janine moved from Quito, Ecuador and joined the Discount Lift Rentals family in 2006. She is actively involved in the day-to-day operations, and she is always looking for ways to improve customer service. If you have any questions in Spanish, Janine is more than happy to speak with you, “Se hablo Espanol.”
Kate Oziemblo, Sales
Kate joined Discount Lift Rentals in 2015. She came from the baking industry, and had to swiftly learn the difference between a scissor lift and a boom lift rental. With her fun and bubbly outlook on life, Kate quickly became the top sales person. Kate is more than happy to help you with all of your equipment rental needs.
Brian Simmons, Customer Service
Brian first started working for Arrow Lift Rentals in 1990 and worked his way up to being a branch manager at Hoskins Equipment LLC. He joined the Discount Lift Rentals team in 2012, and he has the most knowledge about boom lift, scissor lift and forklift rentals. If you have any questions, Brian is more than happy to assist you.
