Max Hoskins II
President
Max has been in the aerial lift rental business since 1985. Working in the family business, Arrow Lift Rentals in Southern California. He helped Arrow expand to Hoskins Equipment LLC, provided boom lift and forklift rentals. Max started Discount Lift Rentals with his father Max Sr. and his Uncle Greg in 2010. Max is always looking for ways to improve customer service while expanding their nationwide coverage. Janine Hoskins
Vice President
In 2005, Janine moved from Quito, Ecuador and joined the Discount Lift Rentals family in 2006.
She is actively involved in the day-to-day operations, and she is always looking for ways to improve customer service.
