Common pricing questions!
Published : October 7, 2020Here at Discount Lift Rentals, we try to make renting a lift as easy as possible for our customers, while still giving the best prices and the best customer service. We are transparent as we can be every step of the way. Believe it or not, we still get new questions all the time, so I’d like to clarify some of these that we get regularly.
What are the additional fees?
We charge a few fees which are standard in the rental industry. Those include delivery and pick up charge, damage waiver, environmental fee (which is required by the state), service fee, and fuel for the lift is pre paid so you do not have to refill the tank at the end of your rental. If you are renting an electric lift, you will not have the prices for fuel.
Why don’t you put the final price on the website?
The delivery and pick up costs varies by location. So we cannot give the full price until we know where the lift would need to be delivered. Not all prices are the same.
Do I have to pay the damage waiver?
The damage waiver is a mandatory, non refundable fee that we charge to cover potential damage to the lift. The only way that we can waive the damage waiver is if you add us onto you insurance as additionally insured. Give us a call to find out the information needed to do this.
Do you offer insurance for rentals?
We do not offer insurance.
