Be prepared with this information to rent your lift

Published : November 18, 2020

Do you have any questions about renting a lift that you would like answered? We would love to clarify anything you need to know to get your job completed. Some questions we get asked a lot are:

Do I have to set up an account to rent with you?

We would need to set up an account with you, but no worries! It is super simple to do. We don’t need a lot of information to set up an account.

What do I need to set up an account?

We would just need Company name (or your name if that is what you’d prefer your account to be named):

Company/Billing address (not necessarily where the lift will be going):

Contact name:

Phone number:

Your email (where you would like the contract for you to sign and invoice going to):

Name on building of job (or let us know if it is a residence):

Job site address:

On site contact name:

On site contact number:

Credit card number, expiration date, security code:

Can you tell me what kind of lift I need to use?

Since we are not on site with you, we are not able to tell you with certainty what kind of lift you need to use for your job. If you describe everything to us, we can give our best guess on what would work for your job, but can not take responsibility if it is delivered to your job and it is not the correct lift.

Stay up to date with our question and answer blogs and please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for a quicker response. We can be reached by phone and email.
