Max Hoskins II
President
Max has been in the aerial lift rental business since 1985. Working in the family business, Arrow Lift Rentals in Southern California. He helped Arrow expand to Hoskins Equipment LLC, provided boom lift and forklift rentals. Max started Discount Lift Rentals with his father Max Sr. and his Uncle Greg in 2010. Max is always looking for ways to improve customer service while expanding their nationwide coverage. Janine Hoskins
Co-Founder & Vice President
Janine moved from Quito, Ecuador to the U.S. in 2005 and became part of the Discount Lift Rentals story from the very beginning. As co-founder and Vice President, Janine has been a steady presence behind the scenes since 2006, helping shape the company’s growth and vision.
Though not involved in daily operations, she brings heart and heritage to the business—and she’s always happy to assist Spanish-speaking customers when needed.

Patricia is the quiet force behind our operations, ensuring bills are paid, schedules stay sharp, and vendors never slip through the cracks. She’s our lead Spanish speaker and often the one turning confusion into clarity, fluent in language and logistics.
Around the office, we call her La Gata, graceful under pressure, fiercely independent and always landing on her feet. At home, she may be outnumbered by her rescued cats at her animal sanctuary. Butt she’s the one truly in charge.
Jaimie Pugh
Sales Team Manager & Vendor Wrangler Extraordinaire
Jaimie leads our sales team with energy, focus, and just the right amount of sass. She’s not only keeping our reps sharp, she’s also constantly tracking down new vendors to make sure our customers get the best equipment—fast.
When she’s not closing deals or sourcing machines, you’ll find her at her unmistakably pink desk, juggling schedules like a champ and somehow still managing life as a proud mom of two. Bright, bold, and totally unstoppable—that’s Jaimie.
